Upon your arrival we would be pleased to welcome you and guide you to your apartment. For your convenience we will be happy to stay in touch with you and to be informed about your arrival time. We will make sure to be on time to welcome you.

• On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from about 3:00 pm.
• If your arrival is scheduled after 10:00, please let us know.
• On the day of departure we ask you to leave your apartment no later than 10:00 a.m.
• In case of early departure or late arrival you will be charged 100% of the booked stay.
