Upon your arrival we would be pleased to welcome you and guide you to your apartment. For your convenience we will be happy to stay in touch with you and to be informed about your arrival time. We will make sure to be on time to welcome you.
- On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from about 3:00 pm.
- If your arrival is scheduled after 10:00, please let us know.
- On the day of departure we ask you to leave your apartment no later than 10:00 a.m.
- In case of early departure or late arrival you will be charged 100% of the booked stay.

The booking is considered binding upon receipt of the written confirmation and it is necessary to send the required deposit at the time of booking.

- in case of cancellation of the trip the deposit will be retained.
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, all days will be charged 100% as per booking contract.
- In case of cancellation within 60-30 days from the date of arrival, the reservation will be charged at 50% of the total amount according to the booking contract.
- In case of cancellation within the last 30 days, we will charge 70% of the amount according to the booking contract.
- In case of cancellation within the last 7 days, we will charge 90% of the total amount according to the booking contract.
